MEDIOBANCA PRIVATE BANKING UPGRADES ITS DIGITAL PLATFORM WITH ARMUNDIA GROUP

The Private division of the Mediobanca Group continues its digital transformation journey of their Wealth Management services.

Milan, 14 November 2022 – Developing the distributive, operational and technological model of the Wealth Management services by enabling the bankers of Mediobanca’s Private Banking Division to leverage all the features offered by the new digital infrastructure. This is what Mediobanca has achieved in collaboration with Armundia Group, a digital company specialised in providing and developing bespoke Fintech and Insurtech solutions.

The project is part of the Mediobanca Group’s broad digital transformation plan, based on a radical and incremental innovation strategy pushed by three main drivers: hybridization of service models, redesign of the customer experience and of the offer to the customer.

More specifically, the digital services of Wealth Management and Private Banking were redesigned and enhanced through a single scalable and light platform: Armundia ADV360. The platform is able to support the operations of bankers in compliance with the excellency standards put in place by the Bank, in terms of service personalization and confidentiality.

Armundia ADV360 provides an online integration to the Cedacri operational services. Thanks to its cutting-edge technological architecture, it supports advanced financial consulting services drawing on the whole Banking Group specialised expertise to ensure the customers are guided through all the phases of the service. The solution allows the proposals to be totally customisable, while guaranteeing advanced real-time management and reporting.

The digitalisation of the services translates into greater efficiency and a wider range of advisory services offered to the end client. Moreover it brings total transparency in the relationship with the institution and the possibility of interacting with the banker via multiple channels and devices.
